ALTER EGO is one of the most reputable providers of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services. Our services deliver cost savings to our customers and contribute to business development while offering employees, customers, and the general public an excellent experience. ALTER EGO has a sustained and dynamic presence in the domestic IFM market. We are one of the first companies enter in the IFM market in Greece and trusted by over 65 prominent Greek and multinational  companie in sprivate sector. Our reputation extends abroad, where the largest international companies in Real Estate, Property Management, and Facilities Management trust us to implement their projects in Greece.

How we started

We began our journey in 1986 as a provider of home care services in technical support, home maintenance and health support, offering a 24/7 service for  those insured by the parent company, European Reliance, named since 01/06/2023 Allianz European Reliance.

Today we remain confident in the domestic IFM industry, as a result of our persistence in development and our years of experience and expertise in the management of high-quality healthcare facilities and the highest safety and complexity levels.

We are a founding Member of the Hellenic Facility Management Association and above all a member of the Allianz European Reliance Single Member Insurance S.A..

Our Key Milestones

1986, ESTABLISHMENT

We established ALTER EGO, as a company that will contribute to the quality of life of policy holders in the parent company.

1996

We launched the provision of B2B services: cleaning - technical maintenance – pest control

2008

We added new B2B services: Security - Catering - Landscaping

2010

We undersigned the first IFM contract and added Integrated Relocation Management.

2011

We endorsed our first partnership with an international Real Estate company.

2013

We started providing Integrated Waste Management services.

2014

We began our first cooperation with a private hospital.

2016

We began offering “First Aid” services.

2017

We established Partner Hotel and started dynamically to provide IFM services in hotels.
