Our Team

Nikos is part of the team of Alter Ego since 2004. He is, Deputy Director and Head Officer of the  Operations. He owns large experience in the management of IMF projects, as well as projects of soft services of high complexity and health-care criticality. He is Graduate as Construction and Geoinformatics Technician and he holds an Executive Diploma in Leadership & Human Resources Management by the Metropolitan University.

Dimitris works in Alter Ego since 2015. He is responsible for the office of the Company in Thessaloniki and since May 2024 he is the Chief Financial Offices of the company. Dimitris has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Department of Accounting, Business Administration and Economics of Thessaloniki, with specialization in IT Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration by the Hellenic Management Association.

Eleni works in Alter Ego since the first establishment of the company (1986). She was the Head Officer of the Accounting Department and had the overall responsibility for 30 consecutive years. With the transfer of the accounting department to the parent company in 2017, Eleni became responsible for the Division of the Payroll Department and the Financial Division of the Company. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Law School with specialization in working relationships.

Stavroula joined the team of Alter Ego in 2008. She is responsible for the administrative functions of the company, and more specifically for the preparation and management of contracts and legal requirements, as well as the development and supervision of ISO systems. Furthermore, she is responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures of the company, office management and issues related to the HR Department, such as the training, assessment, etc. Stavroula has a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Culture, has the Certificate “Human Resources Management” by the Hellenic Management Association, is certified as Sustainability (CSR) Practitioner with Diploma in Management & Leadership by the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).

Georgia joined the team of Alter Ego in 1997. She works in the accounting department of the parent company and is responsible person of Alter Ego for the issuance of pricing tables, accounting registration of invoices and collection of amounts receivable. Georgia has a specialization in the IT Accounting and recently completed her Master Studies in Financial Management by the Hellenic Management Association.

Thalia works in Alter Ego since April 2017. She is responsible for the management of soft services (cleaning, pest control, waste management, first aid, mailroom) that we offer in the Stavros Niarchos Cultural Foundation Center. She owns a degree from the department of Civil and Structural Engineering of the TEI of Crete and speaks excellent English and French.

Maria works in the Commercial Development department of Alter Ego, where she is responsible for implementing the company's sales and development strategy. She holds a degree in Classical Philology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, an MA from University College London (UCL), is a PhD candidate at the same university, and is a certified translator, editor, and proofreader for Greek, English, and French.

Ilias works in the HR Department of Alter Ego since 2017. Among others, he is involved in the payroll procedures of the personnel. Ilias has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Department of Business and Organization Administration in Kalamata.

Nanita has been working at ALTER EGO since October 2023 as a Senior Account Manager. She is responsible for managing high-quality projects in the hospitality and retail sector. With extensive experience in the hotel industry and beyond, she possesses years of expertise, including knowledge in staff management and Quality Operations. She speaks fluent English.

Vassilis has been in our team since 2021 having assumed the role of Hard Services Consulting Engineer. Vassilis studied Electrical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Timisoara (UPETE).

Konstantinos has been working at Alter Ego since 2023 as Soft Services Account Manager. He is a graduate of the Department of Geology and Geoenvironment of EKPA.

Thanasis has been working at ALTER EGO since April 2021 as a Key Account Manager. He is holding a degree in Maritime studies from SBE College and is doing a bachelor's in Business Administration and Finance at EAP.

Asimina joined ALTER EGO in 2023, working in the company’s accounting department, handling tasks such as invoicing and managing agreements with suppliers and clients. She holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Patras and is fluent in English.

Sotiria has been working in the Back Office of Alter Ego since 2023, supporting the company's administrative functions and sales. She is a graduate of the School of Tourism Professions in Galaxidi and has worked for many years in the hotel industry. Additionally, through her experience in various companies, she has developed expertise in customer service. She speaks fluent English.

Katerina has been working in our company since 2018 as a Housekeeper and since 2023 she is Key Account Manager - Hospitality Services. He studied Radiology Assistant at IEK PASTER Thessaloniki.

Antonia has been a member of ALTER EGO since 2014, initially serving as a Hospital Facilities Supervisor. Over time, she progressed to the role of Soft Services Supervisor, successfully managing large and demanding projects.

Eleni is in the team of ALTER EGO A.E. since 2020 as a Soft Services supervisor with many years of experience in the field. Eleni is a graduate of the Institute of Accounting.

Katerina has been a member of Alter Ego since 2015 and has gained extensive experience in healthcare cleaning services. She started her career as frontline staff, gaining direct experience with the daily cleaning procedures, and quickly took on increased responsibilities. After a promotion, she became the lead supervisor for cleaning services at a large private hospital, and later further developed her career as an account manager for the company’s major clients.

Sotiria is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of workforce personnel at Alter Ego. She holds a degree in Finance and Auditing from the University of Kalamata, and a Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE). She has also attended seminars on Recruitment and methods for attracting human resources. She speaks fluent English and Arabic.

Lila joined Alter Ego in 2023 as a Soft Services Supervisor in medical facilities, leveraging her extensive experience in the field. In 2024, she took on the position of Junior Payroll, further expanding her responsibilities in administrative support.

Despoina joined Alter Ego in 2020 as a Cleaning Supervisor, overseeing a wide range of complex projects across high-standard professional and commercial spaces. Her work covers diverse facilities, from shopping centers and cultural centres to hospitals and hotels.
