Halandri, September 17, 2021 - Alter Ego Facilities Management, a member of the Allianz European Reliance group of companies, has signed a Cooperation Agreement with ActionAid Hellas.
This cooperation concerns the support of Alter Ego in the "ACT45" project, implemented by ActionAid Hellas, which aims to encourage unemployed low-skilled adults over 45 years old to take part in training opportunities, through cooperation programmes between Civil Society Organisations, employers, and educational organisations. It is worth noting that this project is supported by the European Commission under Erasmus+.
Alter Ego Facilities Management, encouraging the idea of Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace, fully embraces the purpose of this action, which is none other than the creation of a framework of cooperation between Civil Society, employers, and training institutions, in order to encourage unemployed people over 45 years old without professional qualifications to participate in lifelong learning programmes.
For Alter Ego, age, education level, but also any diversity factor should not stand in the way of the right to work and contribute socially. All people can be productive if they are given equal opportunities, education and support.
The company will continue to participate and support such initiatives to help the development and training of people who wish to do so, regardless of their social or age group.
